Rural & authentic - you feel a million miles away from the touristy, overpopulated parts of Fuerteventura. A 30 min drive from the airport to what seems like the middle of nowhere. A handful of shops, cafes and restaurants and the rest is just nature. The hotel grounds are immaculate and beautifully kept. The stunning aesthetic of the rooms, the four poster bed and complimentary toiletries make this a lovely stay. Breakfast is again an authentic experience with cereals, breads, meat, cheese, pastries, juices and delicious coffee. Staff are friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. A beautiful hidden gem 💎

So we finally made it to Bodegas Bai Gorri yesterdayt. I had played golf four years ago with the architect Iñaki, he had told me about it. We went to do the tour and the tasting lunch. Awesome experience. The tour was very interesting and well run by the two girls. Thanks. The lunch was tremendously excellent and the wines really were surprising to me. I enjoyed them all, and i will continue to try more of their wines. New modern clean and well run. I also plan to return to eat there again some time. A bodega worth visiting in the Rioja Alavesa. Great day with my wife and brother in law. We were celebrating our September birthdays and I will repeat the experience

Da La Tegala abbiamo percepito, fin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo varcato la porta, una particolare attenzione verso l’ospite, in un ambiente intimo, elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio.

Sergio ci ha accompagnati dall’ingresso fino ai saluti finali, rendendosi parte integrante di questa esperienza alla scoperta della cucina canarina. Sempre cordiale e professionale, con il suo modo di fare simpatico e spontaneo è riuscito a farci sentire a nostro agio durante tutta la serata.

La cucina è stata favolosa. Un percorso fatto di sapori, creatività e grande cura, capace di raccontare la tradizione e l’identità delle Canarie in modo originale. Ogni piatto ci è sembrato espressione della filosofia di questo locale e della passione che c’è dietro.

È stato un vero viaggio alla scoperta dei sapori e della cultura canarina.

Un’esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere e che consigliamo davvero a chi vuole vivere qualcosa di diverso e speciale.
