Come here whenever we are in Lanzarote and food is always excellent. Lovely location with views of the glimmering sea. Casserole starter with octopus and fish of the day are personal favourites. Also excellent for gluten free, all the menu suitable.

I took my son here when we were on holiday recently and it was a wonderful experience. The level of service, attention to detail and the food were all incredible. I think there were around 10 courses, and there was only one ingredient in one dish which I didn't particularly enjoy, everything else was superb. The squid dishes and the prawn dishes were exceptional. There was a tiny sweet potato thing they gave us when we walked in, which I still think about a month later. But...the pre-dessert/palate cleanser was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten.

Hemos tenido una estancia excelente en el Hotel Rosario Martin. Desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y todo ha contribuido a que disfrutáramos plenamente de nuestras vacaciones en Fuerteventura.
El hotel es muy agradable, tranquilo y acogedor. Todo estaba limpio y cuidado, y la atención ha sido fantástica. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y disponibilidad del equipo, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar cuando lo necesitábamos.
