Ubicación perfecta,una estancia muy de relax y para nosotros maravilloso poder llevar a nuestro gato sin problema. Repetiremos la experiencia

We stayed at Hotel Rural Finca La Florida for 5 nights and it was just so wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and most importantly it was so quiet and cozy, we got some of the best sleeps in a while!

Location
The location of the hotel is perfectly in the middle of the island, so you could easily reach all the places and things you want to visit and do very quickly. Also there are several vineyards within 5-10 minute drive.

Breakfast
Breakfast is small, but they make up for it with the quality. The in house made pastries are an absolute delight!
The coffee from the machine was also quite nice, surprisingly.

Staff
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but we want to give special thanks to Jon, who was just very delightful and also seemed to have very good wine knowledge.

Things we didn't really love
We thought the perfumes used at the entrance of the building and the corridor were a bit too much or chemical like

Overall, we had a great stay and definitely will be back. We live in Gran Canaria and even my wife's parents are planning to stay at this hotel in the future.

Hermoso y mágico, fuimos en familia y el trayecto desde el acuaducto hasta el palacio fue muy hermoso, las calles con muchos negocios locales. Recomiendo no perderse el helado que venden en una esquina de la plaza, muy delicioso.

Perfectly

¡Servicio pésimo! Llevábamos 20 minutos esperando la comida cuando nos dijeron que faltaba la mitad del pedido. ¡Al final me quedé sin desayunar! Y cuando pagamos, nos cobraron el precio completo por un zumo de naranja natural, aunque en el menú ponía que era gratis. Además, nos cobraron extra por sentarnos en la terraza. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈🫪‼️‼️ Son unos estafadores
