Decor and ambience in open areas - too minimalist/ awful and lacks atmosphere or comfort
Breakfast - where do I start on how poor it is
- staff don't care and you have to ask for basics 2/3 times . Why no hot water or milk
Readily available
- Female staff dreadful / male guy was great and when u asked for something it arrived promptly
- no hot water ... need to order at table first tea
- no fresh milk - need to order at table first
- hot food like eggs or omelette- have to order and hope and pray the order will gey thru to the kitchen (2 mornings in a row had issues )
- Orange juice not from fresh oranges
- coffee machine .. one for the size of restaurant totally inadequate
- female staff told me she forgot things as she was very busy had a lot of tables to clear from your groups - but we are here live guests !!
- nothing replaced when it was empty .. had to ask for more breads etc .. at 8.30 !!!!
Paradores would need to look at this hotel as part of their portfolio . !!! Not a 4 star service or experience
